At The Day Spa at Hair Plus, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible,
from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.
  1. To cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), we ask that you kindly give us 24-hours advance notice so we can accommodate another client. Without 24 hours notice, we will have to charge the card on file 50% of the booked service. To cancel or reschedule, please call 908.874.7010.
  2.  We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Please present Gift Certificates at the time of check-in. Late arrival could, unfortunately, shorten the amount of time for your scheduled service.
  3. Tips cannot be added to credit card payments. Cash, checks and Venmo are accepted & appreciated by our team.
  4. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  5. We accept all major credit cards.
  6. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.  Gift certificates for one service may be used towards another service. All gift certificates have a 2-year expiration date & will be deleted from our system at expiration.
  7. Pricing is based on our tiered level system and reflects experience, continuing education, and  the professional standards of our salon. All prices start at the listed price and are subject to change if more time, effort & product is needed. 
  8. For special occasions, weddings, smoothing treatments, hair extensions, and multiple services, a credit card reservation is required to hold and confirm appointments at the time of booking. Without 24 hours notice, we will have to charge the card on file 50% of the booked service. No exceptions.
  9. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On your spa days, leave your jewelry at home – one less thing to worry about. Salon clients can request  a smock to protect their  clothing during chemical services.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES
When we’re not making you look & feel amazing, we’re making our space look and feel amazing by cleansing and disinfecting. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our team.

  • Everyone must wear a face mask at all times in common areas.
  • To minimize the number of people in our space, please do not bring children or guests with you to your appointment.
  • Anyone showing signs of illness upon check-in will be asked to leave.
  • Maintain social distancing when possible.
  • All stations and rooms are disinfected thoroughly between clients.
  • We have installed plexiglass dividers for the safety of our clients and our team members.
